Getting OFF Our Backsides and Helping
PEOPLE Find Their VOICES
This is most of my recent reply to a friend:
First off, how about doing something to support this call for
discussion meetings all around the world? I see you posting
your videos and various hot news information everywhere. But I
don't know if you have noticed there is a singularly huge
absence of people saying they will get off their backside and
get some people together in the open-air to discuss our planet
and all life on Earth. It's bloody simple to do this, all it
needs is a bit of evolutionary guts. There are people everywhere
who want to speak. All anyone needs to do in any town or city is
type out a simple poster which can be printed on any PC printer
calling people to a local Park at a set time. And stick these
posters around town in good places a couple of weeks before
time.
What's everyone scared of? Voicing our thoughts and
feelings about dodgy life today is simple. Does no-one trust
life, or themselves, or other people? That may be it. Well: FIND
IT AGAIN BY CALLING A MEETING AND SEEING WHAT HAPPENS. I know
you are house-bound friend, but you can still push for this
straightforward development of people getting together in homes,
local Parks, gardens, backyards and TALKING and discussing
INFORMATION and people's IDEAS. Otherwise, we are all following
what someone else is doing; someone else's super-duper video,
someone else's march, joining someone else's group - BUT -
people need to find their own way, and they can do it by being
given the opportunity to speak. In speaking, they may start to
identify who exactly they are, and that they have ideas and
opinions, and feelings, and thoughts, for the first time in
their life. Then, what we are into is a movement or
evolution of PEOPLE, instead of a movement of 'someone else's
idea'.
